About Me.
​What's With The X's?​​
Confusing. Somewhat scary. Right? I promise I am not crazy. It's just when I thought back on my childhood looking for logo inspiration, I fixated on the memory of a 4 year old me drawing my parents with X's over their eyes in church because they made me angry.

Now that I think about it, that might not help. But, that was the first time in my life I felt like I had artistic expression and the guts to do something I knew wouldn't be accepted. That is what makes for good design. Hence the X's :)
Hey, I'm Justin Stanek. I am a graphic designer specializing in logo design, branding, and motion design. I majored in Advertising and minored in Graphic Design at The Pennsylvania State University. I love to work on projects that challenge me, but also give me a sense of purpose which is why I have a lot of non-profit work under my belt. When I connect with a design, I cannot think about anything but that until it's finished. If I'm not designing, you can find me in the gym, in front of the camera acting (check out ELH: The Killer Speaks Season 2 on Max), behind the film camera (still not entirely sure what I'm doing there), or creating memories with my loved ones.
